The Bohannons are a bit of a Tennessee institution, but the central tenant of their music is their unwavering commitment to making challenging records. Their third full length album, Luminary Angels, promises nothing short of that commitment. This is their first album on Cornelius Chapel Records, which is owned by Elliot McPherson of the Dexateens.
Marty Bohannon explains, “Our first single, “Dog Days”, is an ode to this tumultuous time we are living in. It seems things are constantly on the brink. We all have a good side and a bad side playing tug of war with our emotions. This is a reminder that the times will change and for the better. Don’t get lost out there and keep the fight in your heart.”
